Standard call-in service (no subscription required). Initial diagnostic assessment starts at $75 and is applied toward approved repair work.

Priority Care Plan

$20-$40/month for home users who want reduced diagnostics and faster scheduling.

Priority Support Plan

$60-$120+/month for business-critical systems requiring priority response.

Hardware-First Support Option

For clients focused on upgrades and replacements with install/configuration support.

For card payments, a secure invoice link is sent after plan approval and scope confirmation.

Payment terms are finalized during onboarding. Hardware and labor are billed separately unless otherwise stated in your plan.
