Every issue begins with a structured AREAR diagnostic.

Includes:

  • Onsite or remote initial assessment
  • Basic troubleshooting and environment review
  • Identification of likely cause(s)
  • Clear explanation of findings
  • Repair options and pricing before any major work

If you choose to proceed with repair work, the $75 diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost.

Repair Work

  • Flat-rate or hourly pricing depending on the issue
  • All work requires approval before execution
Priority Care Plan

Best for home users who want lower costs and faster service.

Monthly Plan: $20-$40

Includes:

  • Reduced diagnostic fee ($75 -> $40-$50)
  • Priority scheduling over non-members
  • Discounted labor rates
  • Structured AREAR troubleshooting on all service calls

All repairs still require approval after diagnosis.

Priority Support Plan

Best for small businesses or clients who rely heavily on their systems.

Monthly Plan: $60-$120+ (based on needs)

Includes:

  • Reduced or waived diagnostic fee
  • Priority response and scheduling
  • Discounted labor rates
  • Structured AREAR troubleshooting with faster escalation
  • Limited triage time per incident included

All major work requires approval before execution.

Hardware-First Support Option

For clients focused on upgrades or replacements.

Includes:

  • Hardware supplied at cost + handling margin, or customer-provided parts
  • Installation and configuration support
  • Compatibility guidance before purchase
  • Discounted or standard labor depending on plan

Labor is always billed separately from hardware unless otherwise specified in a service plan.
